having just returned from all of China and tasting the greatest Chinese food
available, I wanted to find out from you which recipe books are your

available, I wanted to find out from you which recipe books are your
favorite and perhaps, the best in Chinese Cooking joel

and your favourite regional food is? i don't really
like Chinese food that much, and/or Chinese food
outside of China so if i really want to eat it i go
directly to the source. if it's a book then my
favourite is Sichuan cookery by Dunlop. also got
Dunlop's new book [Hunan cookery] months ago but
haven't looked at it yet. i should do that very
soon for background info on Hunan cookery as i will
be passing through this province to eat, in 6 weeks
time.
