Anyone have an easy way to remove the mung bean hulkls after they have been
sprouted.

I know you can rub them together to get the green hulls off, but there must
be an easier way.

I am tired of trying to buy commericially sprouted bean sprouts from the
grocers .
they are in plastic bags and most are over the hill and sour.

I live in a very rural are and we have no chinese grocers anywhere.

The canned bean sprouts to me are just horrible.
What do the big companies do to get the hulls off?

Put them into a big bowl in the sink, run cold water over them, and
wiggle your hand in the bowl. The hulls will float to the top and you
can wisk 'em out.
